1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the services provided through it. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Booking and Reservation

All bookings made through the website require full disclosure of accurate information. Acceptance of booking is subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, it becomes legally binding.

3. Payment Policy: 

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the scheduled appointment. 

Marie Professional Services LLC reserves the right to require full or partial prepayment for certain services at its discretion. We accepts credits/debit cards and other secure payment methods listed on the website.

Failure to submit payment at the time of service may result in additional late fees and/or refusal  of future services.

Returned or disputed payments may result in additional processing fees.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Client may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time without penalty. 

Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

No-show appointments (when access to the property is not provided at the scheduled time) may be charged the full service amount.

5. Access to Property Rule

Clients and authorized representatives must grant reasonable access to the property for inspection, maintenance, or other legitimate service actions. Access must be coordinated with sufficient prior notice unless there is an emergency requiring immediate entry. Unauthorized entry or failure to provide access may result in additional charges or termination of services.

6. Payment Terms

All charges must be paid in full by the due date specified at booking confirmation. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other secure payment options listed on the website. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may lead to cancellation of services without refund.

Marie Professional Services LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or fragile items. Clients must notify the company of any delicate surfaces or special instructions prior to service.

7. Liability

This site and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or services offered, including loss of income, property damage, or personal injury.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and take effect immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed and interpreted according to the applicable laws of the State of California.
